At Dolce Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality services, education, and products.
Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.
This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on:
- Services
- Course enrolments (online or in-person)
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
Please ensure you have selected your service or course carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
2. Services (Appointments)
All service bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full appointment fee being charged
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
3. Courses (Online & In-Person)
Due to the nature of our education and the intellectual property provided:
- Course purchases are non-refundable
- Online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted
- Deposits for in-person training are non-refundable
If you are unable to attend an in-person course:
- Transfers may be considered at our discretion with sufficient notice
4. Digital Products
All digital products (including downloads, guides, or online resources) are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
Once purchased, access is granted immediately and cannot be reversed.
5. Physical Products (Aftercare / Retail)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on physical products.
However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- Is faulty or defective
- Is not as described
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
