By enrolling in any Dolce Academy course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and professional learning environment.

• Students must be at least 16 years of age.
• Full payment (or deposit) is required to confirm your spot.
• Spaces are limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

• All course fees are non-refundable.
• A non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
• Remaining balances must be paid 7 prior to course commencement.
• If payment is not received on time, Dolce Academy reserves the right to cancel your enrolment.
  

• If you need to reschedule, we require at least 7 days’ notice prior to your course date.
• No-shows or cancellations within 7 days will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
• In the rare event Dolce Academy must reschedule, you’ll be offered an alternative date or full credit.

To receive your Dolce Academy Certificate of Completion, you must:

• Attend the full duration of your course.
• Complete all theory and practical components to a satisfactory standard.
• Submit all assessments within the required time frame.

We reserve the right to withhold certification if competency is not demonstrated.

We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning space. We expect all students to:

• Arrive on time and be respectful to trainers and fellow students.
• Follow health & safety protocols at all times.
• Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the course without refund.

All course materials provided (manuals, videos, downloads) are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Dolce Academy.

• Sharing, copying, or distributing course content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• You may not replicate or resell our course materials under your own name.
  

Students are responsible for arranging their own models where required.

• If you cannot source a model, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can assist.
• 
  Students who arrive without a model and without prior notice may not be able to complete their practical assessment that day.
  

Dolce Academy will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during training.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that lash and beauty training carries some inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for your participation.
